I wanted to share my little journey to becoming a wannabe Vegan, while dragging my carnivorous family along the way.
After watching Forks Over Knives, are family eating habits have changed drastically. We have cut out most processed foods, buy mostly organic , and eat healthier all the way around.
About 1 -2 times a week The Family gets “real meat” that is grass fed, has no hormones, no antibiotics or weird preservatives in it. The other days we eat Vegan or at least Vegetarian.
We have gone through several recipes that were not kid approved, I’ll be showing you my favorite….
