THM Burger Bites – my Favorite Salad – Tzatziki sauce & Cucumbers

I wish I was the mama that loved to whip up Pinterest recipes, cook three meals a day from scratch, and of course they would all melt pounds off of my body!

After having the Trim Healthy Mama book for over a year (eeek!), I finally sat down to read it, and discovered the most sensible way to eat!

Now to a favorite, easy meal that is healthy, has no gluten , and no sugar, and is easy…easy!

Burger Bacon Bites + my Favorite Salad + Tzatziki sauce & cucumbers

       THM Bacon Cheeseburger BItes + my favorite salad + tzatziki sauce and cucumbers , trim healthy mama S Dinner, lunch meal

1.Bacon Cheeseburger Bites

  • bacon – cooked in the skillet, and remove – save a little bacon grease to cook your sliders in
  • pre-made beef sliders- seasoned with garlic salt + pepper – cooked in skillet
  • assemble sliders with cheddar cheese + bacon + my favorite salad on top

2. My Favorite Salad

  • baby spinach – 1 package pre-washed from Trader Joe’s
  • avocado oil – drizzle over spinach
  • nutritional yeast – 2 tbsp
  • garlic salt – season to taste
  • red pepper flakes –  season to taste
  • and/or Trader Joes Everything seasoning is AMAZING
  • PUT ALL ingredients in a bowl – use hands to work the oil and seasoning into the spinach and that’s it!!

BONUS TIP: I put this exact mix on kale – put in the dehydrator to make the best Kale chips!!


3. Tzatziki sauce + cucumbers

  • Greek Yogurt 0% Fat – 1/2 cup
  • Dill – 1 tbsp chopped
  • Lemon vitality essential oil – 3 drops  (or half of a lemon juiced)
  • Garlic Salt – season to taste
  • MIX all that together well and chill in fridge while you chop cucumbers
  • I LOVE those mini cucumbers – chop thick and sprinkle a little pink Himalayan salt


DUNZO! The whole family loved this meal! Add Sweet potatoe fries for the kids!
