I started Crossfit (where it all started) with the nudging of my sister & sis-in-law. We have ALL LOVED this workout / lifestyle. It has proven to be super tough but really awesome at the same time. I love that it’s always a different routine everyday, this has been the main thing thats kept in it! You don’t get a monotanous workout.

So we are more than half way through the CrossFit Mamas 90 Day Challenge, and Im seeing results for sure. I did have a setback {like 2 weeks} from a strained muscle injury in my foot that took FOREVER to heal! I’ve lost inches and lost weight! I feel 10x better exercising. I can do a big boy pushup. Situps dont make me want to hurl as quickly. I kinda feel like a badass doing it!

Reebok: The Official CrossFit Retailer place – clothes,shoes, etc.. if you look good, you feel good!

**I found my Kettlebell at TJMaxx for very cheap! They always have good deals on random equipment and gear!
